Rui Salvador, the co-owner of  Quinta do Falcão is a distinguished Portuguese horseman and former bullfighter renowned for his exceptional skill and daring performances in the arena. Known as the “Cavaleiro dos Ferros Impossíveis” (Horseman of the Impossible Spears), he captivated audiences with his fearless style and technical mastery. After a remarkable 40-year career, Rui retired from bullfighting in 2024, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire.
