BOOKING PROCESS

1. Ready to plan your next trip

Our website is designed to inspire you. Explore our destinations and carefully vetted and selected rides and submit an enquiry form to start the booking process. Our team will be in touch to help you plan your escape. If you prefer to chat to us directly, we are just a WhatsApp message or a phone call away and here to help you. 

2. Found your dream holiday

We will double check the ride is suitable for your level and expectations and confirm the availability. 

3. Secure yoUR PLACE

We will send your Booking Invoice for you to check everything is as agreed and request a deposit payment which is normally 20% of the total price. The balance will be due 10 weeks prior to your departure. Some holidays require a higher deposit, and we will let you know if this is the case at time of booking. If your departure date is within ten weeks of booking, a full payment is required. 

We will ask you to fill in a Rider Form with all the vital details we need to process your booking. This will include your contact details, prior riding experience, type of horse you would like to ride, and any special requests you may have like dietary requirements. 

4. FINAL BALANCE

Final balance of the holiday is due 10 weeks ahead of departure. We will send a reminder. 

5. TRAVEL PACK

We will provide a detailed Travel Pack helping you prepare for your trip including your itinerary, emergency contact details and packing list recommendations.

6. IMportant travel admin and health REQUIRements

Make sure you have a valid travel insurance and check about vaccinations and other health requirements of your destination, as well as any visa requirements. We're here to support with any questions. Note, it is fully your responsibility to make sure you have the correct documentation and health requirements for entry.

7. Off you go on your adventure

8. POSt holiday check-in

We will check in to hear your feedback and exciting holiday stories after your trip. Remember, you'll get a 5% loyalty discount when you book with us again.
