Your friendly host Haukur known for his Trail of Hope tour will make sure to make this a fantastic and memorable vacation. Riding time per day ranges from 2-3 hours.
Our farmer Haukur and his team is famous for spoiling their guests with great food and great horses and a big effort is made to find horses that fit every rider and that the horses are easy to ride, with a good tölt and nice temperament.

The Destination
Northern Iceland is renowned for its immense geological power, centered around the Diamond Circle route, which links spectacular sights often experienced with fewer crowds than the south. Key features include the geothermal wonders of the Lake Mývatn area (with its pseudo-craters and steaming mud pots), Europe's most powerful waterfall, Dettifoss, and the iconic Goðafoss. Furthermore, the region is celebrated as the best place for whale watching, headquartered in Húsavík, while the city of Akureyri serves as the cultural hub of the north.
