The equestrian yard has fabulous facilities, outdoor and indoor arenas and a stable of top class warmblood horses perfect for showjumping lessons at all levels. This is one of the few places in the world you can take showjumping lessons on proper showjumping horses. You can expect to jump up to 1.25 metres and caters for anyone that is jumping 60cms courses plus.
The lead instructor Jochen has Level 1 licenced instructor of the Italian Federation for Equestrian Sports of the National Olympic Committee (FISE-CONI) and teaches classes in English, French, German, Flemish and Italian. His quality of teaching is consistently mentioned in our client feedback and he is considered to be experienced, empathetic, kind but with a firmness that addresses and corrects clients problems. Whatever your level, Jochen is committed to bringing an overall improvement in your approach to showjumping.
In addition to the riding, the region itself, Le Marche is one to explored, it scored 2nd out of the 10 Top Regions in Lonely Planet 2020. It has so much to offer, great local art and cultural heritage, delicious local cuisine, wines and olive oil with a great variety of local restaurants, pubs and live music venues just a short distance from the Country Club. It’s also just a 15 minute drive to their local sandy beach, plus nearby tennis courts and a mix of 9 and 18 holes golf courses.
The region has impressive art, architecture and history heritage ranging from the 11th century and deep cultural traditions. Renowned towns, landmarks and villages are within 10 to 45 minutes drive time from the property. Fine arts and antique fairs, historic parades, theatres and music events as well as culinary festivals are frequent, especially in the summertime.

Absolutely, stunning accommodation in beautifully restored period buildings with full amenities. There is a choice of double en-suite bedrooms or self-catering apartments with Half-Board or Full-Board options.
There is lots of outside space with gorgeous landscaped gardens, infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi, al fresco dining, panoramic views all around. It’s in a rural, private and secluded setting.
The food is freshly prepared and a real highlight. Breakfasts and lunches are served at the country house. Breakfast is Italian continental and the lunches are prepared with vegetables grown on their own land and a typical meal consists of vegetables, a main course of pasta, fish or meat, desert and coffee or cappuccino. The historic town of Fermo is fascinating: it hides jewels of art and landscapes of great beauty. You should not miss the Palazzo dei Priori and the adjoining art gallery with a collection of paintings of the Venice and Marche schools; the Roman Cisterns, the Aquila Theatre, the Cathedral, the wonderful Piazza del Popolo and the Archaeological Museum.
ASCOLI PICENO
Ascoli Piceno is a beautiful medieval town among the most monumental of Italy. You should visit the historic center with many buildings and churches from the Middle Ages, the magnificent Piazza del Popolo overlooked by the Palazzo dei Capitani del Popolo (XIII century), the Chiesa di San Francesco (XIII-XVI century) and the Loggia dei Mercanti. Do not miss a visit to the the historic Caffè Meletti in the main square.
MONTEFIORE DELL’ASO
Another beautiful medieval town to visit for the Polo Museale di San Francesco with the adjacent church with cloister and the Monasterio Francescano. Do not miss the Trittico by Carlo Crivelli and the Museo De Carolis.
MASSA FERMANA
The Municipal Art Gallery of the the Town Hall exhibits works of Vincenzo Pagani, the “Resurrection” by Giovanni Andrea De Magistris and the polyptych by Carlo Crivelli, dated 1468 and displayed in the Chiesa di San Lorenzo e Silvestro in the town center.
HISTORICAL VILLAGES
TORRE DI PALME
The evocative center of Torre di Palme is a panoramic terrace on top of a dominant hill overlooking the coast and the Adriatic Sea. The village is part of the circle of Fermo castles referred as marine, middle or mountain based on their location.
MORESCO
The castle of Moresco features a distinguished heptagonal tower. Moresco is listed in the “Borghi piu’ belli d’Italia” registry (Italy`s most beautiful villages). It stands on top of a hill controlling the river Aso valley; in the Middle Ages was a stronghold of the town of Fermo in the war against Ascoli. Its strategic position is still showing as it offers a spectacular view that stretches from Monte Conero near Ancona to the Gran Sasso on the way to Rome.
SERVIGLIANO
A small town in the province of Fermo also listed in the “Borghi piu’ belli d’Italia” registry. Its name recalls a Servilius or gens Servilia is from a Roman settlement which stood at 4 km away in a higher position than the current location.
MONTERINALDO
La Coma di Monte Rinaldo Cuma it is one of the most evocative archaeological sites of Marche. Here the architectural remains of an important Hellenistic shrine of late Republican age were discovered and still are being researched by scholars.
RIPATRANSONE
High on the hill between the valleys of Menocchia creek and the river Tesino, Ripatransone is located in a beautiful panoramic position deserving the title of “belvedere del Piceno”.

Lovely place in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains where you can visit the ancient village and go for walks along picturesque mountain trails.
